Few words

About Me

John formed the Sembrat Law Firm in May 2014. Since founding the law firm, John has represented individuals, entrepreneurs and small and medium sized businesses in state and bankruptcy courts as well as individuals in state administrative proceedings. He has acquired extensive litigation experience in Pennsylvania family court and orphans’ court (estate, guardianship and adoption matters).

John also is a participating member of the Pittsburgh area Neighborhood Legal Services reduced fee representation program and domestic violence pro bono program. His reduced fee and pro bono work benefit those individuals he serves as well as our community as a whole. Through these efforts, John has been able to give back to the community and bring aid to the poor and often forgotten members of the greater Pittsburgh area.

A Carnegie, Pennsylvania native, John enjoys spending his time outside the office with his Wife, Mandy, his family, running with his dogs and playing golf.
